We had a great time at this hotel, thanks to the helpful staff and the clean surroundings, and it was convenient that the airport wasn't too far away, plus the added bonus of having a pool available to us.

The view of the lake was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the comfortable rooms with modern amenities. It was convenient that the hotel offered a limousine service and a restaurant on site for meals.
The location of the hotel was a bit out of the way and difficult to find, which caused some confusion with transportation. the air outside the hotel was not very fresh due to burning of household waste and debris in the surrounding area.

The breakfast and food in the restaurant can be improved in terms of quality and taste.

I loved the stunning view of the lake from my room's balcony. The hotel staff were friendly and always ready to assist me. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location, although initially seemed a bit remote, was easily accessible with my own transportation, and it was just a short ride to the Central Plaza and downtown area with great food options.
Hard to think of anything. The hotel had no shortcomings at all.
